DIY sofa table provides both aesthetic and functional features to any living room or family room. There are many styles to choose from in various shapes and sizes. Design and build your own table that has stability, simplicity and value for money
Use a belt grinder to grind down all surfaces on ready-cut pine. If desired, round sharp corners of all wood edges. Wipe the DIY sofa table down with a damp cloth from a bucket of water to wash all existing abrasive dust from wood. Make the assemblies table-leg by placing the two legs on each side of the leg brace length. Measure so that the legs will be placed 1/2 inch active from the end of each side of largest length. Align two holes with a small drill and drill through the width of the leg support near the center of each designated leg location.
Angle the drill holes. Place each leg under the largest and screw 3-inch-long wood screws into the pre-drilled pilot holes and be sure to lower the conical heads in the soft pine forest. Repeat for the other leg and then make another leg with the remaining two legs, brace and 3-inch wooden screw. Place the intended top of the sofa table facing downwards and measure 4 inches inward from each end of the table top length.
